Position Summary

We have an exciting opening for a Partnership & Premium Services Coordinator in Mobile, AL. The Partnership & Premium Services Coordinator will support and is an expert on all things related to corporate partners and premium client servicing. In collaboration with the Director of Partnerships & Premium Sales, the team member plays a key role in creating a great experience for current corporate partner and premium clients in addition to day-to-day responsibilities.

This role pays an hourly rate between $19.20-$24.05

About the Venue

OVG manages three premier entertainment and convention venues in the City of Mobile: the new Regions Arena, the Mobile Convention Center, and the historic Saenger Theatre. Together, these facilities serve as key destinations for live entertainment, conventions, cultural programming, and community events throughout the Gulf Coast region.

Collectively, the venues host a wide range of events including professional sports, concerts, theater performances, conventions, trade shows, family shows, corporate meetings, and private gatherings. They play an important role in the region's tourism and hospitality economy, attracting visitors from across the Southeast and supporting Mobile's continued growth as a destination for live events.

The Mobile Arena, currently under construction and scheduled to open in early 2027, will be a state-of-the-art venue designed to host major concerts, sporting events, and large-scale entertainment. The arena will serve as the home of Mobile's professional hockey team and will bring nationally touring artists and premier events to the Gulf Coast.

The Mobile Convention Center is a waterfront facility featuring more than 300,000 square feet of flexible meeting and exhibit space overlooking Mobile Bay. The venue hosts conventions, trade shows, corporate meetings, and major civic events throughout the year.

Completing the portfolio is the historic Saenger Theatre, a beautifully restored performing arts venue originally built in 1927. The theater hosts Broadway productions, concerts, comedy shows, and community performances, and remains one of Mobile's most treasured cultural landmarks.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall day-to-day account management including contract activation and fulfillment, strategic direction and budget for assigned corporate partners.
  • Manages all partnership deliverables for accounts assigned (i.e. signage, print, promotional, entertainment elements, etc.) to ensure quality standards and that client expectations are met.
  • Accountable for retention as well as one-off and upsell opportunities for new and existing partnerships including contract amendments and extensions.
  • Responsible for the implementation of branding and activations during event days including digital signage, in-game features and fan engagement activations as per event requirements.
  • Reviews promotional concepts, including evaluation and approval of promotional programs, rules, artwork, and in-market supporting media. Oversees all these aspects internally and externally.
  • Oversees the logistics of all partner hospitality and contractual events.
  • Partner with department Manager to develop and execute exclusive events for current premium members.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with respective accounts and members in order to renew and extend premium seating contracts.
  • Prospect and execute meetings with influential business leaders in the greater Mobile area.
  • Serve as an additional point of contact for premium clients and liaison for the premium department.
  • Fulfill member requests and questions, providing prompt and professional communication.
  • Assist in managing member agreements and corresponding invoices, including providing updates to contracts, account information and invoices as needed.
  • Support the Suite operation team in setup, suite walks, cold push and all other operational needs required for successful event day execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing department on communications and activation needs for clients.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • College degree (preferably in marketing or sports management) or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in partnership activation or a related field, including sponsorship sales.
  • Marketing and promotions planning background.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong personnel management, communication, time management, and organizational skills. Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills. Proven ability to correctly use punctuation and grammar.
  • Possess a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • Professional image and demeanor.
  • Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment.
