Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Primary review of all premium audits (WC, GL, Garage, etc).
  • Audit types include:ย ย  Phone, Mail, Physical, Remote Physical, Virtual
  • Independently determine if each audit adequately addresses the Afirm QC requirements, standard manual rules, state-specific rules, and client-specific requirements.
  • Validate time charges with audit detail and/or explanations.
  • Manage inventory of audits to review.
  • Meet production requirements and expectations as provided.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 2+ Years Premium Audit Experience
  • Must have extensive knowledge of manual rules:ย  Basic Manual, Commercial Lines Manual, State-Specific Manuals for independent bureau states
  • Thorough experience regarding the usage of PAAS (Codes, Bulletins, FAQโ€™s, Chart of State Exceptions, etc)
  • Proficient in both Workersโ€™ Comp and General Liability audits.ย  Knowledge of garage and auto liability audits is a plus.
  • Must have strong computer skills.ย  Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, etc.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.ย  Clearly and concisely identify errors and steps for resolution.ย  Effective written communication with the auditors and other reviewers is key.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills are necessaryย  ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย
