Office Manager – Premier Talent Agency

$80,000 – $90,000 DOE  + Comprehensive Benefits

A world-renowned talent agency is seeking a professional, outgoing, and proactive Office Manager to oversee their stunning headquarters. As the central heartbeat of the agency, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations while serving as the professional face of the firm.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an autonomous professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate is someone who brings a great energy, possesses impeccable communication skills, and is genuinely excited to be immersed in the creative world.

Location: NoMad, NYC — Onsite (5 days/week) Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-of-House Excellence: Manage the front desk with poise, greeting top-tier talent, agents, and external partners. Handle all general inquiries and route them to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Office Stewardship: Oversee the upkeep of shared spaces, including the kitchen, common areas, and meeting rooms.
  • Operations & Logistics: Manage the end-to-end flow of talent packages and deliveries, ensuring agents are updated on critical shipments and timing.
  • Vendor & Facility Management: Act as the primary liaison for building management, IT support, and vendors. Oversee supply inventory, maintenance schedules, and office repairs.
  • Executive & HR Support: Assist with administrative tasks including document management, research, and employee culture initiatives (onboarding, milestones, and announcements).
  • Sustainability & Standards: Enforce the firm’s commitment to a single-use plastic-free environment and ensure all office security protocols are followed.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: Proven experience in Office Coordination or Management, ideally within a creative, high-growth, or boutique environment. You are a self-starter who can "hit the ground running."
  • Poise & Professionalism: You are extremely polished, friendly, and welcoming. You understand the nuances of working with high-profile individuals and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Operational Drive: You have a "no task too small" mentality—whether it's preparing for a high-level meeting or ensuring the office is organized.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills are a must. You are the central point of contact for the entire agency and must communicate with clarity and warmth.
  • Adaptability: You are flexible and energetic, comfortable with the "all hands on deck" nature of the industry.
