Dedicated Home Heath formerly Preferred Home Care of Florida is a trusted provider of high-quality home health services, committed to compassionate and professional care. We are currently seeking experienced and caring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to perform Medicare-covered bath visits in Broward and Palm Beach and surrounding areas.
Position Summary:
As an HHA with Preferred Home Care of Florida, you will assist patients with personal hygiene and bathing as prescribed in their Medicare care plans. These visits are short in duration and specifically focused on personal care and comfort, typically 2–3 times per week per patient.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide Medicare-compliant bath visits in patients’ homes
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and basic skin care
  • Observe and promptly report changes in the patient’s condition
  • Maintain accurate visit documentation per agency and Medicare standards
  • Ensure patient dignity, privacy, and respect during care
Qualifications:
  • Current Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
  • Negative TB test and Level 2 background screening
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or personal care (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and professionally
