Craneville Place Nursing & Rehab Center is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Activities Director to lead a vibrant recreation program that enriches the lives of our residents. If you enjoy planning events, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Duties:
  • Design and oversee a diverse calendar of recreational, educational, and social activities

  • Create programs that reflect each resident's interests, abilities, and goals

  • Organize special events, celebrations, community outings, and entertainment

  • Lead, mentor, and schedule the activities team while coordinating volunteers

  • Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to promote resident well-being

  • Ensure department documentation and programming meet all applicable regulatory requirements

  • Jump in and actively participate in activities to create an engaging, welcoming atmosphere

Job Requirements:
  • Activities Director Certification (ADC) is preferred
