Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant in Charlotte, NC.

Job Role and Responsibility:

Consult, build, and manage delivery of end-to-end data analytics and infrastructure solutions. Partner closely with business and technology teams to understand strategic and reporting needs to design then implement business intelligence and data services. Provide influence and leadership in the identification of new tools and methods to analyze data and steer data product roadmaps. Ensure compliance with Enterprise Data Management policies, standards, and technology, and facilitate execution of business data standards and control frameworks. Understand the complete data lifecycle from data creation and capture to data processing, storage, and usage. Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews. Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor to staff, interns, and external contractors. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques and advanced data from multiple sources across the enterprise. Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities. Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed. Partner with the Business and IT Service Managers to identify and define data owners, stewards, KPIs and use cases for data products. Work with business stakeholders and internal teams to develop, oversee and support the product roadmap of data/analytics products. Operate within the Agile methodology and apply Agile principles to the development of analytic tools and visualizations. Remote / telecommute work available, up to 2 days per week. Position required to appear in person at the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:

Degree required: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.

Amount and type of experience required: Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving analytics, reporting, financial modeling or statistics experience.

Specific skills required:

Six (6) years of data analysis experience, including working with SQL, Python, and SAS; Five (5) years of experience working on data products including requirements gathering, data analysis, and UAT; Three (3) years of experience working with data warehouse user space management including creating tables, managing access, and deploying ETL logic; Experience conducting descriptive and predictive analytics; Experience developing and deploying data products, with experience of delivering insights and driving outcomes in a complex organization; Experience with business intelligence (BI), data visualization tools and data storytelling software including Power BI and Tableau; Experience working with HR information systems data such as Workday, SAP, ADP, or Success Factors; Demonstrated examples of presenting data-backed recommendations to management to influence a decision.
