Position Summary
With the growth of our video gaming titles, we need to examine how Testing and Deployment Coordination can impact game development more. We are looking for a passionate Senior Analyst to work in our growing data insights group. The ideal candidate is one that has a passion for developing stories out of data that empowers our business leaders to reach well-grounded conclusions. The role will help guide and grow our team as we blend project data, test analytics, and game data together to tell those stories.
Primary Responsibilities
• Analyze data from multiple domains to understand data sources and develop metrics, documentation, and reporting to enable improvements across our data repositories, data definitions, data integrity and data quality.
• Acts as a lead on routine projects, being able to estimate, break down work items and outline risks to project work across the Data Analytics team.
• Build and Improve upon our reporting infrastructure through creating and improving robust data models that can be the basis for our data reporting and dashboard development.
• Establish standard methodology and best practices in our pipelines, reports and dashboards used by Quality Assurance and Release Management
• Drive strong reporting standards with our team's technical and non-technical partners across 2K.
• Partner with our stakeholders and peers across the company on how we use their data to inform Quality Assurance and Release Management decisions.
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Job-Related Skills
• Educational background in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering (or in another quantitative subject area).
• 4-6+ years of professional analytics experience performing data analysis and managing data quality.
• Advanced SQL (any variant) - proficient at writing code efficiently and easy to read and follow, with experience working in a professional environment.
• Strong working knowledge of R or Python languages.
• Have technical experience in building reporting data models and be able to establish standard methodologies around their design and maintenance.
• Experience creating visual reporting using BI tools (Tableau experience strongly preferred).

• Strong collaborator leadership skills - Skilled at proactively communicating and maintaining follow-up with a variety of different partners.
• Self-motivated mentality and the ability to work independently and on numerous projects at the same time, with urgency of delivery, and mentors team members grow to the same level of skill and increase velocity of work
