Job description

Triversity Construction is growing in the Cincinnati market and adding Project Managers to support commercial projects across healthcare, workplace, retail, and community-focused builds.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing projects or is ready to step into a larger role with more ownership. You will be responsible for driving projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with clients, field teams, and leadership.
Typical projects range from $3M to $10M, offering a mix of renovation and ground-up work without the bureaucracy of large-scale builds.
What you'll be responsible for
  • Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and day-to-day execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and partners.
  • Oversee RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Identify and resolve issues early to keep projects on track.
  • Partner with preconstruction on estimating and buyout.
  • Support and mentor junior team members.

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • Experience managing or supporting full lifecycle construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contracts.
  • Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Experience with healthcare, workplace, retail, or similar projects is a plus.
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Why this role is worth a conversation
  • Opportunity to take real ownership of projects, not just support execution.
  • Exposure to both renovation and ground-up work.
  • Project sizes that allow you to stay hands-on without excessive layers.
  • Stable, established presence in the Cincinnati market.
  • Team environment that values accountability, collaboration, and development.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is aligned with market expectations and based on experience, project background, and scope of responsibility. We are happy to discuss expectations early in the process to ensure alignment.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Profit sharing program
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Ongoing training and development
