My client is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead estimating and preconstruction efforts while helping cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. This individual will play a visible role in business development, client presentations, and project pursuit strategy across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects. Client Details My client is a top contractor in Raleigh, North Carolina. They are a well rooted GC that has created a strong footprint In the Carolinas over the past 30 years. They build K-12 schools, office/ retail space, and higher education buildings. The business has a storied history in the Raleigh market and is hiring due to growth.
