Master Automotive Technician / Team Lead - Precision Tune Auto Care (Panama City, FL)
Pay: Hourly Rate with Bonus - Competitive Pay Based on Experience

We're looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician / Team Lead who can confidently diagnose complex vehicle issues, support fellow technicians, and help drive shop productivity while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair:
    • Engine performance and driveability concerns
    • Brake systems
    • Steering and suspension systems
    • Electrical and computer systems
    • Air conditioning systems
    • General maintenance and repair items
  • Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
  • Assist and mentor other technicians
  • Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers and advisors
  • Maintain productivity, efficiency, and repair quality
  • Help keep the shop clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • ASE Certifications preferred (A1-A8 strongly preferred)
  • EPA Section 609 Certification required
  • State Inspection License (if applicable)
  • Leadership mentality with strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly
  • Stand, bend, stoop, and work in a fast-paced shop environment
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Exposure to automotive chemicals and shop equipment
