We are seeking a detail-oriented, versatile Graphic Designer to support the design and production of marketing materials and product visuals for a premium printed products brand serving the B2B market.

This role contributes to both the creative development and production execution of catalogs, marketing collateral, product imagery, product video and digital assets that showcase our products and quality, supporting the digital graphics team as required. The Graphic Designer manages assigned projects independently while collaborating with the Graphics Team Lead and cross-functional marketing teams to support product launches, sales initiatives, and ongoing marketing programs.

Success in this role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a collaborative, production-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce print marketing materials including catalogs, brochures, flyers, and sales sheets
  • Execute both creative development and production preparation, delivering accurate, print-ready files
  • Generate on-brand imagery using image editing and AI tools to support print and digital marketing concepts
  • Capture product photography and perform retouching and color correction in Photoshop
  • Create product videos including light editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects)
  • Own assigned projects from concept through production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
  • Maintain organized assets and files within project and asset management systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0โ€“3 years of design or production experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, and visual design fundamentals

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Magnific, and AI tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong design sensibility with a focus on layout, typography, and visual consistency
  • Ability to interpret creative direction and refine work through feedback
  • Comfortable balancing creative thinking with production precision
  • High level of attention to detail, especially in content-heavy materials
  • Strong organization and time management, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas, ask questions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
