Job Description
In this role, you will function as a Production Artist specializing in Art Systems and Graphics, responsible for preparing and producing accurate, high-quality artwork for manufacturing. This position is focused on executing production-ready designs—not conceptual product development or analysis.
You will work with established designs and brand guidelines to create precise artwork files that are ready for production facilities, including international manufacturing partners in China. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical design expertise, and the ability to ensure all artwork meets production specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and finalize artwork files for production using established design templates and brand standards

  • Maintain organized file structures and version control for all artwork assets
  • Review proofs and make necessary corrections prior to final production release
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure artwork aligns with production timelines and requirements
  • Support production processes by troubleshooting artwork-related issues and ensuring quality control

  • Experience in Production Art, Graphic Design, or Art Systems (print or manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign preferred)
  • Strong understanding of print production, file preparation, and artwork specifications
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to follow established guidelines rather than create original concepts

  • Payrate: $18-20
  • Medical, Vision, Dental available
  • 401K and Referral Bonus Program
