Job description

Job Summary

Warrior is seeking a motivated and dependable Part-Time Adopt a School Student Worker to support the Graphics Department at our Training Center in Brookwood, Al. This position provides an opportunity for a student to gain practical experience within a professional coal mining environment.

The Student Worker will assist with a variety of creative and production-related projects, including company communications, presentations, signage, digital graphics, event materials, and other administrative support functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with printing, organizing, mounting, and distributing graphic materials.
  • Help maintain organized files, photographs and signage.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and document organization.
  • Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Currently enrolled in high school.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule

Work Environment

Work is primarily performed in an office environment within the Graphics Department. The position may occasionally require travel to company facilities, schools, community events, or mining operations.

When visiting mining operations, the employee will be required to follow all site-specific safety requirements and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
