Job description

Description:

Culton Companies designs and builds award-winning trade show exhibits and branded commercial interiors for clients all over

the country — and the graphics our Graphics Production team prints, fabricates, and installs are what bring those spaces to life.

We're looking for a Graphics Fabricator and Installer to join our team supporting both ExpoDisplays and Method-1.

You'll work hands-on with large-format printers, laminators, and cutters to produce client graphics, then carry that work through

trimming, packaging, and on-site installation. The scale is real: we're talking large-format graphics for physical spaces, not small

print jobs. Your work gets printed, fabricated, and installed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operate large-format printers to produce high-quality graphics for a variety of clients

• Trim and laminate printed materials to precise specifications

• Safely handle and maneuver large-format sheets of material (up to 4' x 8')

• Package finished graphics for shipping and on-site installation

• Install graphics, vinyl, lettering, and logos for client projects

• Collaborate with the Graphics Production team to meet client deadlines and quality standards

Bonus Points For:

• Prior experience in graphics fabrication, especially with large-format printers and laminators

• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop

• Familiarity with equipment such as HP Latex Printers, Onyx RIP Software, the HP DesignJet Z6200, Vanguard flatbed

printers, thermal laminators, or vinyl cutters

• Experience installing/applying graphics, vinyl, lettering, or logos

• Experience with vehicle wrapping — eligible for a pay differential

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

• Full-time, hourly position — Monday through Friday, standard production hours (or thereabouts)

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus a pay differential for vehicle wrap experience

• Based at our Trussville, Alabama headquarters facility

THE PERKS

We take care of the people who bring these designs to life:

Health, Dental & Vision 401K Retirement Plan

Paid Parental Leave PTO + 7 Paid Holidays

? AFLAC & Liberty National FSA Plan

Online Payroll Access Quarterly Employee Events

Why Culton?

Our people stay — and there's a reason for that. Culton is the kind of place where you genuinely look forward to coming

to work, where your craftsmanship is valued, and where the work you do gets fabricated, installed, and experienced by

real people in real spaces. With a laid-back but driven culture, long-tenured teammates who feel like your best friends,

and a real commitment to promoting from within, this isn't just a job. It's a career worth building.

If you've read this far, this probably sounds pretty good. Attach your resume and cover letter — and let's see

where it goes.
