Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and inspiring new concepts toward company projects using a wide range of mediums for the company's residential and commercial ventilation products. The position requires someone with creative, design, copywriting and proofreading experience. Will work with Systemair, Fantech, and Greentek branded products.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ability to create high quality and consistently branded collateral marketing materials.
  • Develop design exploration assets, and mood boards for pitches or presentations to the marketing team to help determine a projects direction.
  • Translate concepts into variable design concepts.
  • Design promotional and event collateral for print, internet and web.
  • Improve and create graphics for web design, social media and other related projects.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering and marketing teams to execute ideas.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently with a significant attention to detail.
  • Co-ordinate production and timelines of collateral with team members to meet overall campaign deadlines.
  • Responsible for print production, reviewing and delivering appropriate files.
  • Research and keep abreast of emerging design trends and practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, ensuring designs align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage and update the company's visual identity, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve user experience across digital platforms.
  • Photography and maintain a digital asset library for easy access and organization of all marketing materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide design support for video content, including storyboarding, graphic overlays, and video production.
  • Develop infographics and data visualization materials to communicate complex information clearly and engagingly.
  • Assist in copywriting and editing for marketing materials, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.


Desired Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations:

  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE), Graphic Design Certification (LinkedIn Learning, Udemy), HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, Web Design Certification, or the like.


Job Conditions


Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and looking at a computer.
  • Light physical effort - project monitoring field or factory work.
  • Sitting, walking, lifting, squatting, pushing, or reaching for intermittent or extended periods. 


Work Environment:

  • Factory, Warehouse, Distribution Center, Office.
  • May be exposed to loud, repetitive sounds from machinery or equipment.
  • May use chemicals in accordance with MSDS.
  • Travel a minimum of 50% to meet regional needs.
