From fluid swivels and electric swivels to fire apparatus and position sensing systems, our products are trusted in demanding applications around the world.

We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a team that values craftsmanship and quality.

This is a full-time hourly position with competitive benefits, a stable schedule, and a four-day workweek.

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Thursday, four 10-hour shifts
Overtime: Friday overtime as needed to support customer demand

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll manufacture precision components by:

โ€ข Safely operating CNC mills, lathes, verticals, and horizontal machining equipment
โ€ข Reading and interpreting blueprints and work instructions
โ€ข Performing machine setup and changeovers for different part numbers
โ€ข Adjusting tooling and offsets to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy
โ€ข Loading raw material and unloading finished parts
โ€ข Running production efficiently while meeting quality and cycle time expectations
โ€ข Performing in-process inspections and verifying dimensions using measuring equipment
โ€ข Deburring parts as needed
โ€ข Performing daily machine upkeep and preventive maintenance tasks
โ€ข Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
โ€ข Supporting continuous improvement and team success

What We're Looking For

โ€ข High school diploma or GED
โ€ข Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience preferred
โ€ข Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings
โ€ข Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment
โ€ข Experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and precision measuring tools
โ€ข Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills
โ€ข Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards

Helpful Experience

Experience with:

โ€ข Multiple machine types and setups
โ€ข Writing or modifying machining programs
โ€ข Process improvement and troubleshooting
โ€ข Manufacturing environments focused on quality and precision

Work Environment

This position works in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving machinery, vibration, noise, and varying temperatures. Required PPE includes safety shoes and safety glasses.

Physical Requirements

Employees regularly stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Employees may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
