Job description

Precision Electric Motor Sales, an employee-owned company, is a nationwide distributor of electric motors. We are growing at a rapid pace and need a distribution center associate to join our team in Lisle, Illinois. This is a fast-paced role that demands attention to detail, efficiency, and enthusiasm!
Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack orders for parcel, LTL, delivery, or pickup.
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (check-in, label, stock)
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as a warehouse associate
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift 70lbs
  • High School degree
