Job description

Finance and Accounting: 

·         Auditing financial statements and general ledger, reconciling bank statements, and have an ability to spot numerical and general ledger mistakes.

·         Accounts Receivable: Client setup and account maintenance, Generate invoices and deliver by customer preferred method, Process incoming payments via mail, ACH, EFT, and credit card processing.  Assure timely collection of monies due.

·         Accounts Payable:  Vendor setup and account maintenance, process and post incoming AP invoices, print checks and handle vendor inquiries.  Reconcile vendor statements to their AP account, and manage employee credit card statements.

·         Month-end and Annual closure of account periods in software.  Prepare general ledger entries and maintain Chart of Accounts, records, and files.
