Responsibilities

  • Supports the effective implementation and execution of the dealership's Precision Agriculture Strategy by providing valuableassistance, guidance, andexpertiseinutilizingcutting-edgetechnologies and data-driven solutions tooptimizeagricultural practices and drive overall business success
  • Develops strong customer and dealership personnelrelationships by engaging in regular communication, actively listening to theirneeds,and providing personalized solutions.
  • Assistsin leading and directing dealership personnel in the effective implementation ofcutting-edgePrecision Ag technologies, providing guidance and training to ensure seamless integration andproficiencyacross all departments
  • Serves as an invaluable internal resource for guiding the successful implementation and integration ofcutting-edgePrecision Ag technologies within the company's operations, ensuringoptimalefficiency and productivity across all aspects of agricultural practices
  • Monitors andsupportsConnected Support calls to ensure seamless and efficient troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for customers, providingtimelyand effectiveassistanceto enhance the overall customer experience
  • PromotesPrecision Ag Technology products to customers, a primary responsibility that requires a deep understanding of the latest advancements in agricultural technology and a knack for cultivating strong relationships with customers
  • Manages all aspects of John Deere subscriptions and renewals, ensuringtimelyupdates and a seamless process for customers. Additionally, oversees the maintenance of subscription records, communicates with customersto address any concerns or questions they may have, and collaborates with the sales team to promote new subscription offerings effectively
  • Supports Precision Ag inventory management by analyzing data and providing detailed recommendations for inventory optimization.
  • Performs detailed diagnostics and expert repairs of advanced Precision Ag technology systems,utilizingcutting-edgetools and techniques to ensure efficient operation andoptimalperformance

  • Assistsservice technicians in diagnostics and repairs of Precision Ag technology by providing hands-on support andexpertisethroughout the troubleshooting process
  • Works collaboratively with the service team toidentifyissues and implement effective solutions to ensureoptimalfunctionality and performance of Precision Ag equipment

  • Leverages John Deere Operations Center data and connected apps toassistcustomers inoptimizingtheir agricultural operations and enhancing overall efficiency

Experience and Qualifications

  • One or more years' experience in an agriculture-related role
  • Experience with sales, service, training, or other related work experience
  • Proficient knowledge of electrical and wireless communication systems
  • Ability tooperatewith a solutions approach andidentifyexisting/emerging customer needs
  • Solid organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills needed
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift, bend and carry
  • Experience using standard desktop applications like Microsoft Office and internet applications

  • Valid driver's license with an insurable recordrequired

Haug Implement Co. provides an estimated base pay range. The actual starting pay offer will account for our overall wage and benefit package, applicant experience, training, and skill, and internal equity among our existing employees. This is a salary position with a potential hiring offer range of $60,000-75,000 based on factors listed above.
