Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with growers, providing expert agronomic recommendations that maximize yield and profitability.
  • Lead by example — demonstrate sales excellence while mentoring and supporting newer sales representatives.
  • Collaborate closely with management to execute territory growth strategies and strengthen the company’s market position.
  • Contribute to the development of sales initiatives, marketing strategies, and team best practices.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to customer success.
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of proven success in agronomy sales, preferably with a track record of mentoring or supporting other sales professionals.
  • Deep understanding of seed, fertilizer, and chemical sales directly to growers.
  • A genuine passion for helping others succeed and fostering a strong team culture.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a customer-first approach.
  • B.S. in Agriculture, Ag Business, or a related field (required).
