Are you an experienced leader in the Architectural Precast Concrete industry looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Plant Manager to oversee our production facility and inspire operational and team excellence.

This is an exciting time to join our team - we are a growing company actively expanding our operations to meet increasing demand and new project opportunities. As Plant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future success.

In this critical leadership role, you will manage the entire production process - from scheduling through project completion - while building and leading a high-performing team. You will be responsible for all aspects of plant operations, including:

  • Production Scheduling & Inside/Outside Bed Planning
  • Inventory Control & Materials Management
  • Mold Shop Fabrication Oversight
  • Stripping, Pouring, and Finishing Coordination
  • Team Leadership & Workforce Development Across All Plant Departments
