Now Hiring: Precast Concrete Sales & Operations Manager

Midwest Construction is seeking a driven individual to lead our precast concrete division. This role combines sales, operations and customer relations - Ideal for someone who understands both field and the busness side of construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day precast production operations.
  • Meet with customers on-site to assess needs and build relationships.
  • Prepare estimates, bids and project proposals.
  • Work with and coordinate with project engineers and architects.
  • Coordinate production schedules and deliveries.
  • Monitor material costs and maintain profitability.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including home shows and promotions.
