What You'll Do
• Support production of precast concrete products from setup through shipment
• Set up and prepare molds/forms (clean, assemble, apply release agents)
• Place reinforcing materials (rebar, wire mesh, embeds) per specifications
• Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete
• Support curing process and strip finished products from molds
• Perform basic finishing (patching, smoothing, marking/stenciling)
• Cut and tie wire/rebar as needed for reinforcement
• Move and stage materials and finished products for curing or shipment
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
What You'll Need
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and kneeling) for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Availability for overtime, including weekends as needed
• Ability to work well on a team to meet production goals
• Basic math and reading skills (measurements, simple drawings)
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED required
