Northeast Precast (NEP) is growing again and has an immediate opening for a full-time Commercial Construction Estimator! We are located in Vineland, NJ. Now is your chance to join a successful South Jersey company!

When you join us as a Commercial Construction Estimator, the goal is simple:
  • Work with customers in the preconstruction phase to propose a bid on new potential jobs
Here’s what we are looking for in our Estimators:
  • Good work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solutions oriented
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Bluebeam
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
  • Drafting experience is a plus

  • Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing

Compensation: Salary - $60,000-$75,000/year
*Compensation is negotiable based on candidate qualifications

This is a full-time career with Northeast Precast. The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8-5.
