Responsibilities include building and assembling forms, preparing reinforcement cages, mixing, and placing concrete, and performing finishing work on completed products.The precast units produced in our facility are designed for direct installation at project sites, minimizing the need for additional field modifications.Daily tasks may involve using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and equipment associated with woodworking, metal fabrication, and concrete production. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace is an important part of the role. Team members should be willing to assist with a variety of labor duties as needed to support production goals.If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a hardworking team, this position may be a great fit for you.Qualifications of Precast Concrete Fabricator:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educationReliable attendance and a strong commitment to quality workAbility to take direction and collaborate effectively with coworkersGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience using tools and equipment related to manufacturing or construction is preferredWillingness to learn concrete finishing techniquesAbility to perform physically demanding labor tasksFlexibility to handle multiple responsibilities within the production processSafety Sensitive Position:This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work in a heavy manufacturing facility with various safety hazards which are potentially life-threatening to the employee and Team Members without proper safety precautions. This position may require working at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis.
