Job description

Stonecast Products is looking for a Concrete Repair Laborer to join our precast concrete team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, values quality and safety, and is eager to learn architectural concrete repair techniques. Experience not required, we will train the ideal candidate!
What You'll Do
  • Repair chips, bug holes, pour lines, reveals, cracks, and spalls in precast concrete products
  • Learn architectural patching techniques, including color matching and epoxy application
  • Perform both indoor and outdoor patching when conditions allow
  • Follow direction from the Patch Supervisor while developing independence in tasks
  • Maintain a consistent work pace while meeting Stonecast quality standards
  • Accurately complete patch activity paperwork and submit it on time
  • Travel to job sites for off-site patching when required (if applicable)
  • Handle supplies, receipts, and authorization forms accurately (if applicable)

  • Produce precise, consistent work that meets Stonecast quality standards
