Production Manager.
 
Location: Boynton Beach, FL (In-person).
Base Salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year (depending on experience and performance).
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Day shift | Weekends off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full production process, from sample development to final delivery.
  •  Work closely with jewelers to create and improve samples, making sure quality standards are met.
  •  Manage production schedules, inventory needs, and pre-production planning.
  •  Check samples and finished pieces to make sure everything is correct before it moves forward.
  • Coordinate with vendors on pricing, timelines, and expectations.
  • Keep production documentation organized and up to date.
  • Work with the Sales team to make sure production aligns with demand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and production partners.
