Are you a collaborative team player who is great with understanding customer needs and providing them with excellent service? Red Dot is in search of the ideal Inside Sales Manager to add to our stellar sales team.
As the technical advisor to the Outside Sales Manager, this role oversees the development of the scope of work for architectural projects, serving both Red Dot personnel and our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate project takeoffs and develop comprehensive job scopes based on drawings and specifications.
  • Compile quotes for special vendor pricing on buy-out items.
  • Collaborate extensively across sales teams and internal departments (including estimating, pricing, and project management) to enhance sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to all client and prospective client inquiries, furnishing precise and valuable information.
  • Generate and submit bids to customers as requested, ensuring meticulous accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare presentation documents for customer meetings, incorporating schedules, sketches, and product data information as necessary.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Associates Degree in Construction or Engineering related fields
  • Experience with MBS, AutoCAD, Tekla, and Blue Beam
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Building, Construction, or a related construction field.
  • Proficiency in interpreting Architectural and Structural Drawings.
  • Outstanding communication and listening abilities, adept at establishing rapport over the phone, swiftly building credibility, and effectively conveying the value proposition.
  • Exceptional professional verbal and written communication skills.
