We are currently seeking a TA Coordinatorfor our client from the Home services space. This role is responsible for supporting various aspects of the recruiting process, including coordinating pre-employment screening, candidate communication, and onboarding. This role may also assist with sourcing and interview scheduling for recruiters.
This is a temporary (potential temp-to-perm)and onsite position in Brea, CA that offers a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their skills and gain experience in a dynamic work environment.

Core Duties:
  • Assist the recruiting team with interview and training class scheduling, resume screening, and providing feedback.
  • Track candidate post-offer workflow in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), updating status, notes, and recruiting costs.
  • Prepare monthly recruiting reports (vacancy, candidate sourcing, time-to-hire), handle surveys and questionnaires, and ensure advertising costs are associated with requisitions.
  • Coordinate digital and in-person interviews, send reminders, and manage schedules for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Support supplemental candidate sourcing, email campaigns, online postings, and networking activities.
  • Coordinate the post-offer pre-employment process, including background checks, drug screens, physicals, and other pre-hire items.
  • Communicate new hire timing and step completion to hiring managers, recruiters, and supplemental resources (IT, Payroll, etc.).
  • Manage candidate participation in the application and pre-hire process.
  • Track candidate post-offer workflow in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), updating status, notes, and recruiting costs.
  • Participate in special recruiting projects such as customized reporting, career fairs, and vendor research.

What we're looking for:
  • Minimum 1-3 of relevant experience in recruiting, human resources, or coordinator roles.
  • Very driven and eager to learn. Early career candidates seeking careers in HR or recruitment are encouraged to apply!
  • BA degree preferred but not required.
  • Preferred experience in high-skill, blue-collar environments such as manufacturing, construction, field services, HVAC, or home security.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening, empathy, and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet use, and email, along with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Client Relations Management (CRM) systems.
  • Experience with ADP Resource Management is highly desired.

Pay range: $23-$26 per hour
