Practice Relations/Marketing Ambassador & Scheduling Coordinator - Oral Surgery/Dental

Advanced Surgical Associates | 50 Beharrell Street, Suite C, Concord, MA 01742

Full-Time Monday – Friday | In-Office with Local Travel Required

ASA is seeking a Practice Relations Ambassador & Scheduling Coordinator to support the continued growth of our newest practice location in Concord. We are committed to providing exceptional oral surgery care, putting patients first, and delivering outstanding service to our referring partners. This hybrid role focuses primarily on referral development, practice marketing, and relationship management while also supporting scheduling and front-office operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Practice Relations, Marketing & Outreach (60-75%)

  • Build and maintain relationships with general dentists, specialists, and referral partners throughout the Concord and surrounding areas
  • Conduct regular office visits, drop-ins, and networking activities to strengthen existing referral relationships and develop new referral partnerships
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate Lunch & Learns, CE courses, open houses, and community and referral events
  • Capture photos, videos, and content to support social media and local marketing efforts
  • Track referral trends, market activity, and outreach efforts to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to surgeons and leadership

Scheduling & Patient Coordination (25-40%)

  • Provide concierge-level customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient care with professionalism and warmth
  • Prepare daily schedules and charts to maintain smooth patient flow throughout the office
  • Assist with patient financial responsibilities and other administrative duties as needed
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
  • Customer service, marketing, business development, event planning, dental, or healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Professional, outgoing, and confident in building relationships
  • Attention to detail while managing time and multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
