Scope of work

Responsible for the activities of team members within practice and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partner. Trains team members and serve as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations. Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business, management or other related field of study or equivalent Required.
  • Bachelor's degree Preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant healthcare or medical practice experience Required.
  • One (1) year of recent and relevant supervisory or management experience Required.
