Summary
The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the administrative and clinical office responsibilities for two or more offices. They promote positive patient and employee experiences through professionalism and accountability.
Job Responsibilities
  • Implements office policies and procedures
  • Hire and onboard administrative and clinical staff
  • Supervises, trains, and evaluates administrative and clinical staff
  • Sets the staffing schedule and approves paid time off
  • Ensures that customer service standards are met
  • Collaborates with nurses, providers, and executives
  • Partners with regional managers to set goals, objectives, and budgets for the office
  • Ensures regulations, guidelines, and standards are followed
