What you will be doing
  • Lead the clinical staff in daily activities, including managing the schedule to ensure proper coverage, staffing, hiring, employee relations and compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, handle negotiations, and coordinate vendor contracts to support ongoing clinic operations.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements by preparing and submitting necessary filings, and implement process management strategies to ensure adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives aimed at connecting the practice with local provider groups, increasing visibility and fostering collaborative relationships within the medical community.
  • Coordinate closely with the Management Services Organization (MSO) to streamline operational procedures, optimize resources, and ensure efficient clinic management.
  • Provide critical support for the startup activities of the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), including operational planning, resource allocation, and the development of workflows that contribute to successful launches.
