Responsibilities

What Does it Mean to be a Practice Manager at UDA?It means being the best that you can be every day and striving to better the next. A UDA Practice Manager has a strong sense of responsibility but knows how to balance that by building meaningful relationships. You get to set the stage for a "WOW" patient experience while also managing an office that runs efficiently.

Qualifications

What Skills and Experience Does a Successful UDA Practice Manager Have?

  • Completion of a College Degree
  • Minimum of two years management experience
  • Proficiency with computer software
  • Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of basic financial concepts, including P&L review
  • Knowledge of how to analyze expense controls, drive revenue, and support the needs of the business
  • Exceptional customer/patient service skills
  • Strong organizational habits

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
