Overview
The offices of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly detail-oriented Rate Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with attorneys, department leadership, and cross-functional teams to manage, analyze, and maintain accurate client and matter rate structures on a national scale. This is a full-time position supporting the firm nationwide.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
  • Ensure compliance with the Firm and Rate Committee policies
  • Oversee client rate increases, enforcing firm minimum rates
  • Support re-opening rate protocols
  • Conduct rate analyses and maintain accurate rate data
  • Working knowledge of law firm rate processes and legal billing systems (experience with Aderant Expert Rates preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or finance/rate related role is preferred
  • At least 3 years of related work experience is preferred
