Job Description

Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Supervise, train, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment
Manage clinical schedules for doctors and hygienists, coordinate appointments, and ensure optimal patient flow
Present treatment plans, discuss financial options, and track case acceptance
Oversee production and collection goals, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and manage office budgeting
Process dental insurance claims, accounts receivable, EOBs, pre-authorizations, and patient benefits
Provide outstanding customer service, handling patient questions and concerns with professionalism
Manage vendor relationships and maintain office supply inventory
Assist with payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping as needed
Uphold Morrison Dental Group’s Core Values in all patient and staff interactions

Salary Range

Full-time $33,400 - $75,000 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Day shifts, no weekends

Requirements

Previous dental office management experience required
Experience with dental insurance, claims processing, and accounts receivable
Strong knowledge of patient benefits, EOBs, and pre-authorizations
Proven ability to manage and develop team members
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in scheduling, calendar management, and dental office software
Leadership skills with a hands-on, positive attitude

Preferences

Financial management, payroll, and budgeting experience preferred
