Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Client Environment: Enterprise Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Transformation

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion O2C Solution Architect / Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation as part of a large-scale Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migration initiative. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Revenue Management, and Financial integrations, with proven experience delivering enterprise-wide ERP transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead O2C workstream architecture and implementation for Oracle EBS to Fusion migration initiatives
  • Assess current-state Oracle EBS processes and design scalable target-state Oracle Fusion solutions
  • Drive migration strategy with minimal business disruption while adopting Oracle Fusion best practices
  • Design and implement solutions across:
    • Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Revenue Management / Revenue Recognition
    • Billing and Customer Invoicing
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and downstream systems teams
  • Lead configuration, SIT/UAT testing, data migration validation, and cutover activities
  • Ensure seamless integration with Finance and reporting systems
  • Support hypercare and transition to support/AMS teams post go-live

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion O2C modules
  • Experience leading Oracle EBS → Fusion transformation programs
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition, billing, and financial processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and enterprise architecture experience
  • Experience working with System Integrators (SI) and cross-functional teams
