Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Location: Van Nuys, CA (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday | 9:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM | 40 hours per week (No weekends)
Pay Rate: $65 โ€“ $75 per hour

We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a growing practice in Van Nuys, CA. This is a full-time role in a supportive environment where youโ€™ll provide direct patient care and play an integral role in patient wellness.

Position Overview:
The Family Nurse Practitioner will perform a wide range of clinical duties including IV starts, injections, patient evaluations, and standard FNP responsibilities. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, comfortable with technology, and passionate about delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
  • Perform IVs, injections, and other standard FNP procedures
  • Utilize Practice Fusion EHR to document patient interactions
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure continuity of care
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with regulations (DEA license required)
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families in both English and Spanish

Qualifications:

  • Active California Nurse Practitioner license
  • Current NPI and DEA license
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and EHR systems (Practice Fusion preferred)
  • Open to new graduate NPs with 3โ€“5 years RN experience in Med-Surg or clinical settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
