Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to design, develop, implement, and maintain interactive in-application guidance for Oracle Fusion users. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, change management teams, and technical teams to improve user adoption, streamline business processes, and deliver engaging digital learning experiences within Oracle Fusion.Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) enables contextual, in-application guidance through step-by-step walkthroughs, process guides, smart tips, announcements, and embedded help.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) walkthroughs, process guides, smart tips, announcements, surveys, and notifications.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Guided Learning for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Create role-based, personalized, and contextual learning experiences using Fusion security roles and user segmentation.
  • Develop guided business processes across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, Procurement, Financials, and other Fusion modules.
  • Partner with business users and functional consultants to understand business processes, user journeys, and training requirements.
  • Build interactive walkthroughs for new implementations, enhancements, quarterly releases, and business process changes.
  • Configure guide conditions, branching logic, and audience targeting based on user roles, responsibilities, and business scenarios.
  • Create contextual help content to improve productivity and accelerate user adoption.
  • Maintain guide libraries and ensure consistency across Oracle Fusion environments.
  • Perform unit testing, UAT support, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support for OGL solutions.
  • Monitor OGL analytics, user engagement metrics, and adoption reports to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Fusion functional and technical teams during implementations, upgrades, and post-production support.
  • Support Oracle Fusion quarterly release activities by updating and validating OGL content.
  • Develop documentation including user guides, release notes, process documentation, and knowledge articles.
  • Participate in change management and user adoption initiatives.
  • Recommend best practices for digital adoption, user enablement, and Oracle Guided Learning governance.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and Oracle Cloud best practices.
