We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Dallas team. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, conducting market research, and supporting pursuit efforts that align with company goals. Essential Job Functions

  • Develop a thorough understanding of company target markets, resources, and services to identify business opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
  • Research competitors and market trends to support the development of winning pursuit strategies
  • Understand client decision-making processes and identify key decision makers
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
