-Successfully leading on shift

-Taking ownership over your area of the business

-Leading their team to deliver a remarkable guest experience during their shifts

You must have good character and be able to work with other leaders well. You must have a teachable persona, and must also be able to coach team members when necessary.

You will start as a team member (In title, not pay/benefits!) and move up into a leadership positions (Title) as you gain experience. Some restaurants call them Team Leaders or Shift Leaders, others call them Assistant Managers. Some restaurants use the term General Manager, others use Director or Executive Director.

*Salary range is based on 50 hour work weeks and includes the total benefit package-Insurance, 401K, Uniform Allowance, Leadership Development, Meals. We pay hourly wages, not salary.*
