Job Description:
New York City based Private Equity Fund Administration Firm is Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Manager with a strong background in the financial domain. Experience in the Private Equity domain will be a great plus. As a Software Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing various technology initiatives and driving the successful delivery of the projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive exposure to a diverse range of technology stacks and possess exceptional leadership and managerial skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of the organization.
  • Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to the development team to ensure the successful execution of technology initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
