Delta Solutions & Strategies is looking for a Web Development Technician at Offutt Air Force Base. This position supports United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Joint Exercises, Training, and Assessment Directorate (J7) in the planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of strategic-level joint exercises and training events supporting strategic deterrence and global operations missions.

This position will provide web development, database management, and technical support expertise supporting exercise operations, training environments, and mission support activities. This role supports the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web-based tools, databases, and collaboration platforms used to support operational planning, exercise execution, training coordination, and organizational mission requirements.
What you'll be doing:
  • Support development, maintenance, and enhancement of web-based applications, databases, and operational support tools.
  • Provide technical support for exercise operations, training coordination, and mission support activities.
  • Develop and maintain web pages, dashboards, collaboration platforms, and database-driven applications supporting operational requirements.
  • Support database design, management, troubleshooting, and data integrity activities.
  • Maintain and update Microsoft SharePoint environments and related collaboration tools.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of operational reporting, workflow automation, and information management solutions.
  • Coordinate with operational staffs, planners, and technical teams to support mission and exercise objectives.
  • Support troubleshooting, testing, and implementation of web and database solutions.
  • Maintain technical currency and proficiency with applicable web development tools, technologies, and operational systems.
What you'll need:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting database management and web development activities.
  • Experience with current web technologies including HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, .NET, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, and related web development tools.
  • Experience supporting database management, web application development, and technical troubleshooting activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain web-based tools and collaboration platforms supporting operational requirements.
  • Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting government, military, or operational environments preferred.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
