Job description

Job Description
This position will require the applicant to travel between our various ENT/Pain offices within the metroplex. You will be responsible for assisting with the start-up of new practices joining the company including gathering all required paperwork, training on the company's policies/procedures, monitoring new and existing practices billing/collections and, assisting with all follow-up activities with new practices. Facilitating physician and staff integration into the company, reporting pertinent data immediately, assisting all Central Office departments with communicating and training to include: Accounting, HR, IT, and RCM processes and issues; assisting with human resources issues as needed and requested relative to the hiring/firing process, coordination of orientation and ensuring proper use of and timeliness of forms.
Qualified applicants must have at minimum 10 years of medical office manager experience, excellent computer, verbal, and written communication skills, and knowledge of HMOs, PPOs, and various insurance plans. You must have a thorough understanding of medical office and billing/collections procedures, ICD-10 and CPT coding knowledge and have an intimate knowledge of billing software applications. You must have a flexible work schedule. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
