Job Description Registered Practice Associates are licensed field employees who, in addition to capabilities approved for registered staff, may also complete one or more of the 6* permissible activities and capabilities enabled for this role. Key Responsibilities Proactively support a segment of advisors book in all service/sales activities; including engaging every client in a digital relationship, preparing financial and/or delivering plans, conducting investment research, re-balancing portfolios, completing trades and transactions, servicing clients via in person or virtual meetings Perform general licensed activities to support the practice. Responsibilities may include, are not limited to: executing and participating in marketing events, client prospecting, servicing all clients within the practice, executing practice service model, managing proactive client contact, etc General practice support; supporting practice's client service model (including scheduling client and prospect meetings), executing practice's marketing plan (including planning and attending events), engaging clients in the digital experience, processing client requests, following up on new business submission, rectifying errors, etc. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent 3 - 5 years Relevant Experience Required Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days Life, Accident, and Health licenses & Variable Contracts or ability to obtain within 150 days Must obtain and hold all required licenses for a registered role per firm guidelines.
