Job description

Job Summary:

We're looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to plan, create, and share sales and marketing materials in a fast-growing vehicle safety technology industry. In this role, you will translate complex safety topics into clear, engaging resources for different audiences. You will also help inform the public, support adoption of new safety solutions, and showcase how our company is leading the way in making roads safer. Most importantly, your work will help save lives through vehicle safety technology.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and present results of strategic marketing plans that drive awareness, adoption, and growth of Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA) as a vehicle safety technology.

  • Partner closely with Business Development and Sales teams to identify priority markets, support account-based marketing efforts, generate qualified leads, and accelerate opportunities through the sales pipeline.

  • Research target markets, buyer personas, stakeholder needs, and industry trends to inform messaging, campaign strategy, and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, public relations, events, webinars, and partner channels that generate qualified leads and product implementation.

  • Develop sales enablement resources—including presentations, case studies, one-pagers, proposals, videos, and customer success stories—that strengthen customer engagement and support business development efforts.

  • Plan and promote conference participation, educational events, and pilot program launches to increase market awareness and stakeholder engagement.

  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful product launches and program implementations.

  • Monitor campaign performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to optimize marketing strategy and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Manage the marketing content calendar and ensure all communications reflect the company's brand, strategic priorities, and value proposition.

  • Track and report key marketing and business development metrics, including campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline contribution, customer engagement, and return on marketing investment.


Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented, with a passion for improving roadway safety through innovative technology and behavioral change.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for conferences, court and industry meetings, partner engagement, and pilot program support.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, preferably supporting road safety, transportation, or other regulated markets.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive adoption of technology solutions.

  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technologies into compelling messaging.

  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives, managing multiple priorities, and supporting product launches and stakeholder engagement.

  • Familiarity with vehicle safety, behavioral traffic safety, or related technologies is highly desirable.
