Quality Manager

Quality Control Manager to work onsite and manage all aspects of Quality Control in an automotive Paint Facility with duties that include continuous improvement of our quality systems, managing QC operations and inspectors, complaint handling, extensive customer interaction, and leading a strong quality team

Experience Needed

  • Must be effective on communication with all departments
  • Excellent customer service
  • 7 years minimum experience related to Quality Operations
  • Automotive background a must, paint line experience a plus
  • Experience with OEM Containment Standards preferred
  • ISO9000 & TS 16949 experience
  • IATF experience
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Google Suite, Power Point, Drop Task
  • PR&R Response, Corrective Actions
  • Detailed Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, Standardized Work
  • Problem Solving Techniques such as Drill Deep & Wide, 8-D, 5-Phase, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Experience managing multi shift department

Education

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree
