Job Description:
At Regions, the Wealth Management Communications Generalist is responsible for developing internal and external communication, regarding Wealth Management. This senior role contributes to the development of newsletters, media submissions, special events, and other advertising activities.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with Wealth Strategy Team, business groups, and other internal teams to develop Wealth Management communications including Insights Magazine, Bank intranet, Bank public website (Regions.com), and other related special events and publications
  • Develops and maintains a voice of the customer (VOC) process and communicates recommendations and findings to multiple levels of the organization
  • Contributes to the Client Experience training, subject matter training, and leadership and development
  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert and may lead special projects

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related degree
  • Five (5) years of marketing, communications, public relations, or related experience

Preferences
  • Financial institution experience

Skills and Competencies
  • Knowledgeable of innovative marketing strategies
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write for various audience levels
  • Ability to communicate with various levels of management and clients
