Assistant Pickleball Professional

Farmington Country Club is seeking an energetic, passionate, and organized Assistant Pickleball Professional to join the Racquet Sports Department. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role for a teaching professional who is equally comfortable leading a fast-paced group clinic, managing event logistics, and handling the administrative details that keep a busy racquet sports program running smoothly.

Reporting directly to the Pickleball Coordinator and Director of Racquets, the Assistant Pickleball Professional plays a vital supporting role across all aspects of the pickleball program. On the court, this person delivers instruction at a high level, builds genuine relationships with members of all abilities, and actively contributes to growing a vibrant pickleball community at Farmington. Off the court, they take on meaningful administrative and operational responsibilities — managing registrations, supporting events, assisting with communications, and helping ensure the department's programs are organized, well-communicated, and flawlessly executed.

This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is ambitious about their craft, hungry to develop their skills in a premier private club environment and committed to delivering a five-star member experience in everything they do. Strong candidates will bring a minimum 4.0 DUPR playing level, PPR or IPTPA certification, and a genuine love of teaching the game to players at every stage of their journey.

Compensation and benefits include:

  • $20.00 per hour hourly rate
  • 50% of all private lesson and group clinic revenue generated commission
  • 401(k) retirement plan with Farmington Country Club employer match after 1 year of employment or 1,000 hours worked
