Job description

At Reynolds GM/ Subaru we strive to provide a personable and professional customer service experience. We believe it all starts with the initial contact provided by our Customer Care Appointment Coordinators. The goal of this position is to schedule appointments by making contact with customers, answering incoming calls, and organizing service work loads.
This role is critical because our Customer Care Center employees are, in most cases, the first contact with our customers.
