About Us:
The Little Gym is a globally recognized children's enrichment and physical development center that helps build confidence through movement- based learning. Our parent-child classes (for ages 4 months to 3 years) are designed to support early development, bonding, and motor skills in a fun, nurturing environment.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic parent-child gym instructor to lead engaging, age appropriate classes for infants and toddlers alongside their caregivers. You will be guided with a lesson plan backed by the American Academy of Pediatrics and extensively trained prior to leading classes.
Responsibilities:
- lead fun, positive, and structured parent-child gym classes that focus on early motor development, balance, and coordination.
- provide a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for both children and their caregivers.
-Demonstrate exercises and activities while offering guidance to parents.
-Encourage social interaction, sensory exploration, and age-appropriate skill development
-Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness are maintained in the gym
-Build positive relationships with families and communicate the benefits of The Little Gym's program
- Consistent in your work attendance- the families count on seeing you each week!
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children and parents in a group setting preferred.
- Background in early childhood education. gymnastics, physical education, or child development is a plus.
