Overview

This position is responsible for financial analysis duties supporting both Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Development. Under minimal supervision, responsibilities include both project-based and daily/monthly activities supporting these functions. This position may provide guidance to other PPL employees in support of producing high quality, timely and accurate results.

Responsibilities

Senior Financial Analyst

  • Provides analytical support to PPL's corporate financial functions including various scenario and sensitivity
  • analysis.
  • Assists with compiling and analyzing financial information to meet management reporting requirements
  • including reconciliations and variance explanations.
  • Participates in the development of presentations and other materials to key stakeholders including executive
  • management, the Board of Directors, rating agencies, and investment community.
  • Contributes to special projects and ad hoc financial analysis at the request of various levels of management
  • under direct supervision.
  • Assists in developing, streamlining and maintaining flexible financial models.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with personnel from PPL's business lines and other corporate
  • support group functions. Analyzes and prepares monthly and quarterly reports as requested by management.
  • Complies with all policies and standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned
 

Financial Specialist
